When my dash went out, I thought I was in for a nightmare. But, thanks to my willingness to learn, my patience, and the folks I dealt with at Casper's, this went great! The guy on the phone was nice, they promptly called me when the package arrived, they promptly called when it was time to pay, and they packed my cluster EXTREMELY well! Then, when I forgot one of the steps to re-insert it, John Spina answered my thread in the electrical and wiring section! I know that every difficulty I run into with my T probably won't go this smoothly...but this time, IT DID!
