Tach and boost gauge problems HELP!!!

Just got my customers 86 t type back together. When i turn the key on the tach reads around 4k rpm and the boost gauge is at 6psi, with the engine off. What and where do i start with this? This thing is soo close to being ready to go home and this pops up.

Very common problem. Corrosion on the circuit board. Happens to ALOT of TR's. Go to Casper's Electronics' website...They have the fix for ya. HTH ---Keith
