TA rear end girdle install questions

I got a new TA rear end girdle but it did not come with installation instructions. I know how to install the thing, but my questions are, what are the torque numbers for the housing bolts and the support feet? and the kit came with 10 bolts and 11 washers, 10 of the washers are the same (thin thickness) and 1 is about 1/4 inch thick. where does the thick one go?
