Hi TurboBuick, Just posting our 5th race for anyone interested.
August 30th, Sunday CCGSCA Race #5
Byron Dragway, Byron Illinois.
Track Opens at 9:00 A.M.
T&T starts about 11:00 A.M. (Due to Church Service Next Door)
Eliminations start at about 1:00 pm.
As in the past, especially at Byron, all times are approximate. Everybody should be home in time for the Bears game. No Roll Call for Byron just show up and race. If possible lets pit together. A nice spot at Byron is on the northwest side next to the hill on the concrete under the trees. I will get there early and save some spots. If this area is full lets try at the end of the lanes, northeast part of the track where we have pit before. Or just look for Dave Leonhart's motorhome as he will have one of the areas saved with his orange cones out. For test and Tune we will have our own lanes, you don't need to get in the test and tune lanes.
Tell The front gate that you are with the Buick Club so you get the lower rate for this day, Race fee is $25. Spectator fee is $10.
