Summit piston kits w/Speed Pro forged pistons?

It's a good deal...comes with the generic Felpro head gaskets (4923?) which you should probably chuck in favor of the 9441s. You'll also need an intake gasket, but otherwise it's pretty complete and a good deal.

The TRWs/Speedpros are a good stock replacement choice, IMO. The new ones come with a pin oiling groove; years ago people had some trouble with pins seizing but I haven't heard that reported with the newer ones. I've got a set in my GN with about 10k of street miles on it..I set it up with .0045" wall clearance (they recommend .002-.0035" but IMO they need a bit more). It has no piston slap when cold at that clearance unlike the JEs at .006" which usually sound like a diesel. :)

same piston?

Kendall,
You list TRW/SpeedPro together. Are they the same piston? I know a lot of these companies have been bought out/merged in recent years. If different, do both have the wrist pin oiling feature?
