Hi Folks!

I don't know if i'm right on this board with my question:

My car doesn't run up the rpm range like it did before. when i floor the gas-pedal in drive from a still-stand the car goes up to approx. 3-4000 rpm then stutters and shifts in next gear, or doesn't even shift until i play with the pedal.

i don't know how to explain it right...

i can't accelerate like it used to before... normally the rpm go up to 4.700 or so, then shifts in next gear a.s.o...

now there is no power, it feels very strange.

first when i realized this problem there was a big leak under my tranny and the back of the car was full of oil. now there is NO leaking at all, but the problem still remains.

pls help!

stock Turbo Trans Am, no bolt ons, no chip...

thx matt

Sounds like ignition problems. Check your coil pack. Should have 12-14K resistance between your coil towers. Could also be plugs or wires but I would check the coil pack first.

Did it leak out too much fluid to operate correctly?
