I have a stock grand national turbo that came with my car when i bought it, it looks like it could be a good rebuildable core, there's a little nicks in the impeller but other then that it seems to be in pretty decent condition.

Post office would range $15-20. They also have a priority box that the turbo should fit in, that has a flat rate of like $7.00. One of my customers ships 50+ pound metal plates in them and gets the standard rate as long as they fit in that box. Pretty good deal. Let me know what you come up with though anyways, i can send you the cash plus your estimate for shipping. If it comes out to be more i will send the rest.
