Stock boost w/o solenoid

I understand that ther is a solenoid that controlls boost. I am wanting to bypass it to run lower boost for a custom project. Does anyone know what the Gate is set at with no solenoid? If no one knows what it is and someone is board and they want to try it to help me out that would be Great!

Direct connection from turbo to actuator, somewhere around 7-10ish.

Thats about what I want. Do you know if the Stock Turbo will make that boost in an efficent range? Do you know where I could get a compressor map for the stock turbos? If no does anyone know how many pounds of air a min. it will flow? I was thinking around 30.
