Steering wheel refinishing

Gang, two questions: 1) does anyone know where I can get my steering wheel "re-upholstered" locally ? 2) Anyone know if it is possible to mate one of those nice wood steering wheels with the T-Type center section (horn button, emblem) ? Thanks in advance.
