Horn button in very good shape, the center tri-shield medallion has been polished, and has no scratches. Hot wire kit has no split wiring, and all connections are solid/intact. Steering wheel has no cracks in the vinyl, but has color fading, and the spokes need to be cleaned/refurbished.
