Stage II - Engine Builder/Tuner in S. Fla area

Can anyone recommend a reputable/knowledgeable Stage II engine builder and tuner in the S. Fla area. I have what looks like some piston and head damage and perhaps more, so I am looking for someone I can trust in assessing and addressing the damage.

Maybe not far enough south but Cal Hartline is in Melbourne on the coast east of Orlando. He posts as "HighPSI" here, just look in the performance ecm forum.
