What method are the buick guys using for setting the new piston ring on the stage motors.Like installing them dry in the bores,oil the skirt with 10-30w but not the pistons,or oil the skirt and spry WD 40 like the ring manufacture says thanks.
I spray WD40 on the piston and ring package generously while installing. At that point I have already applied a coating on all the cylinders with a wet paper towel. Mike
