Speedpro/Felpro going bigger turbo and inj.?

Have a felpro seq./wide band on a V-6 turbo.
Have an existing program for a small displacment 4.1 stageII,with
M&A heads,70 series single turbo and 83lb injectors.
Have changed long block to large displacment 4.1 stageII,stageII heads,88series turbo and 160lb injectors.
Anybody have a good program for this combo,and or what do I change on my existing program.
