The 87 GN was running rough so when it went to the garage for a brake change-over to vaccum, I had the mechanic to put new plugs in.
The mechanic said that the front two plugs on the left and right banks were real bad. I looked at them and the electrode grounds were gone. The part that makes a 90* turn over the electrodes were just gone.
Anyone ever had this situation? Apparently I got lucky as I haven't had any engine damage from it but would like to know what could cause such plug damage. They were AC 43's
