In line for the CCCI simulator and gap extender kit but first need to know if it will work on my setup. I have a NOS AC Delco module but my coil is from highwaystars http://www.highwaystars.net/coil-pack-high-output-hs552/

Do you know if it will still work with this coil?

Yes, it will work as long as you have a Gen I AC Delco ignition module and any stock type coil. Here is the opening statement in the Casper's instructions for the Simulator.

This tester is designed to detect weak or malfunc
tioning ignition coils on GEN I Computer Controlled
OEM
(Delco ONLY)
Coil Ignition systems used on the 1986-1987
Buick turbo Regal and 1989 Turbo Trans-Am
using the same ignition syst
em. It allows the user to simulate a sp
ark load using an increased spark gap –
which simulates the greatest load – and also simu
lates engine RPM using an
adjustable control.
NOTE: This
simulator will not test aftermarket modules sold by
auto parts retailers. It is designed to ONLY
test the Delco CCCI modules. Aftermarket designs
differ electronically and won’t test properly.
This tester is only designed for the above mo
del years. Earlier turbo engines from 1984 and 1985
require a wiring adapter, Caspers pa
rt number 102022, available separately
