U UNGN Can't Re- Member Joined May 24, 2001 Sep 10, 2006 #2 open the image in microsoft paint as a 256 color bitmap and use the bucket tool to color the areas you want to color. Save as a jpeg to do any photo effects. don't cost nothing.
