Cracked windshield, fluid leaks.
All those would be what disqualified a car last year as well. They have been much more diligent on there inspections. If you can't prepare the car so it is safe then don't bother. It's bad enough when someone crashes or oils down the track. I don't want idiots with potiential hazards beside me when I'm doing 115mph.
