Hey guys while you are checking numbers do me a favor if you can. On the 86 cars there was also a build date etched onto the intercooler up on top with the decal. Could you early 87 guys check to see if they were still doing this on your cars. I already know most of the 87 build year cars dont. Also if you are missing or cant read your door tags you can also find a build date on the frame. Look on the rear crossmember in front of the rear axle. It is stamped in the area where the right up control arm mounting point is. I've included a picture on what my 86 GN looks like. Thanks,

This picture is the intercooler that was on my white car, 408093 that was made 9-86. Its dirty cause its mounted on my daily driver.

My build date is 7/87 & the last digits of the vin are 51410, so I guess this means I have one of the "newer" Limiteds LOL
