Smoke at WOT

I was wondering what my problem might be as car smokes at WOT only? I have purchased a new turbo charger and was planning on installing it this weekend. Motor is all stock. New OEM pcv valve. Figured seals might be bad in old turbocharger.

There's too much exhaust pressure and pressure in the compressor cover for the turbo to leak oil at WOT. It can and will leak exhaust and boost into the crank case though.
