I was wondering if an SLP MAF will work with the Translators? I was wondering because I have one, and I would like to use it.

It will work but it will make the car run lean. If you have an extender chip you willbe able to tune it out

Explain all of this please. The Translator 2nd Gen won't even work right? What about this extender chip thing? I'm confused. Get on AIM Mike, or do you got a phone #. I know you can help me out. Thanks.

I have a MAF off my 2002 SS Camaro hooked up to a translator not a plus on my 87 Gn setup
Runs very smooth, Have not run full throttle yet 3.5" MAF
still tuning with the ALKY
The one I replaced it with on the SS has a chip built into it.
that I would think would caues problems. again a 3.5"
