shifter cable bracket

is there a clip that goes onto the shifter cable bracket that mounts to the transmission pan? my cable is popping out of the bracket and it looks like there is supposed to be a clip holding it on.

Yes, there is a horseshoe looking clips that holds the cable in the bracket at the pan.

where can i find one of those? anyone have a part number?

I lost mine about a year ago. You can go to a junkyard or a trans shop and find one. When I put it back on I wrapped strips of duct tape around it because it looked as though it might pop off again.

I have seen them on ebay (ie 370082391323).
Or you could call some of the vendors on this site.
