setting fuel pressure

I have an '87 GN with stock turbo and internals, stock intercooler, KB Ultimate chip, KN air filter, Walbro fuel pump and hot wire, adj. fuel psi regulator, 3 inch downpipe and Hooker exhaust. I replaced the stock injectors with 42# and now wonder how much fuel pressure to set. Is 43# too much? I am getting code 45 (too rich) and need to set it up to pass Calif smog. Recent spark plugs, good wires and coil, cam sensor set correctly. Thanks for the help!

You need a chip for the injectors, fuel pressure will not cure your car.
The ECM thinks it's squirting stock injectors.
