scan and fuel pressure

please help

wheres the cheepest place to buy a scan tool for my 86 gn ? also im pretty much all stock as in turbo and inj what fuel pressure should i be at ??

Fuel pressure should be set at 42# with vacuum line off. Make sure pressure is checked with a now, accurate fpg.
If you're just starting out, a Scanmaster II is probably the best way to go. $250.00 from Ramchargers will get it done.
