do any vendors sell door skins? will the doors off a monte carlo work?

the bottom of my doors is starting to rust

also thought of stripping the doors and having them dipped and then weld in some new metal

time to get the old buford looking good again

no skins that im aware of other than GM nos
monte (and grand prix) doors aren't the same as regal , olds are

gbodyparts.com i beleive has a repair panel for the lip edge
outer (he has right and left )

other than that look for a used rust free regal or Oldsmobile door

Olds doors fit great.

Oldsmobile Cutllass doors are usually less expensive also. Both the Regal and Cutlas have the same GM part number for the door assembly.

thanks for the tips I am going to go on the hunt for some doors

hard to find rust free parts, and fixing the existing ones might be tough as the are rusting from the inside out

anyone ever dip the doors. probably quite a bit of work to strip every thing out

time to hunt down some doors as that will likely be easier cheaper:biggrin:
