RPO sheet trunk removal?

I replaced my trunk lid and saved the rpo sheet intact. Would you guys try to apply it to the new trunk lid or keep it with the other car info?

First compare it to your old RPO and see if you can change to it's options. It may be better and easier.

Its original to the car and has my vin and we2 code. I just thought i might ruin it trying to glue it back?

I would get a third lid and practice getting the sticker off without getting into the paint before I tried to either to get either of the good one off.

It is a great help but not the only way.

order a new one from Kirban

Take a picture of it first in case you ruin it. Take a razor blade and slide it under the decal and carefully cut it away from trunk. once off paint the backside with white aerosol paint to hide the void lines. Once it is dry re tape the back side with thin clear double side tape.
