How quick he can turn the motor around depends on what he has there now. I will say if you are investing that much money in the motor, I'd deffinately go with someone as qualified as RPE. Jack Cotton and Eric Rankin use RPE, and alot of fast motors have come out of those shops.

Yup.I've been to his shop and talked with him.
He knows his stuff[I speak from 20+ years as a machinist].
I don't think you can go wrong with him.
