rough idle and when revving

Just started the car after sitting for the winter... has a real rough idle... like its missing... I let it warm up but it made no difference... I drove it around the block thinking the computer had to relearn but that didn't help either... tps reads .46 at idle... I have the 3" lt1 maf with translator and a tt chip... it was fine before I parked it... o2s seem weird tho... I thought before when started in park they would jump around... but now they just stay at like 148 or so... could a bad o2 cause this??

Is it only qhen.in.park/idle? Or driving it it was also running crappy?

It is constant whether it is in park or drive or anything

Anyway to verify fuel ressure? Maybe clogged filter? Maybe not firing on.all.cyls

Check.spark.plug boots wires and on.the coil.also...

Fuel pressure is 42psi it def seems like it isn't firing on all cylinders... could it be a crank sensor or coil pack/ignition module?

Crank sensor is.possible. I know when I had a freyed wire it would.run similiar and actually cut off..

Which wire was freyed?

Gonna throw new plugs in it... the plug wires all seemed fine... but now Chicago is supposed to get a bunch of snow so that will put this on hold for a couple days
