rocker arms

I have a 84 turbo motor with Kenne Bell iron heads. I was taking the heads off to re-do the head gaskets the other night. I noticed that two of the little plastic retainers that hold the rocker arms in place on the rocker shaft had broken. I went to my attic where I have a set of 87 stock rocker assemblies. I was going to use them in place of the ones that I took off the 84 motor. When I compared the two side by side, I noticed they were alittle different. The ones on the Kenne Bell heads are alittle bigger. They are stamped L and R on each set. I don't know if they are a different ratio or if they are a reproduction/heavy duty assembly made by Kenne Bell. Does anyone have any input? Does anyone know where I can get the plastic retaining buttons that hold the arms in place on the shafts?

Can't say I've noticed different sizes before ...but I have purchased stock replacements from Auto Zone before. :) one at a time :)
