I've got a transmission from a Riviera T-type available from my '85 Toronado:
From a 1985 (I believe) Buick Riviera T-Type (*will not ship*, rebuildable core) Lost every gear but 1st and reverse with no warning. Could be a governor failure as I lost the speedometer input at the same time. 1st and reverse do not slip. Professionally rebuilt in 2006 and has approximately 20,000 miles on it.
Anyone who wants it, give me a shout and I can arrange for you to pick it up in Manassas, VA after it is removed from the car (within the next month or so). Email at ronald dot w dot taylor at verizon.net, post to this thread, or leave a PM if you have any questions or want the transmission. I do have other parts that MAY swap on to a Riviera, contact me if you're looking for something specific.
I also have a 4.1L V6 block and crank that's been sitting for a while. Make an offer on that as well, I'd love to get rid of it.
