refreshing motor

Hello to all; I'd like to have my GN engine refreshed and maybe up graded a bit, but I'm not sure who specializes in GN motors in Illinois . I live 45 min from Chicago. Any Recommendations?

Lonnie diers at extreme automatics builds a good engine as well. Dans is one of the top dawgs tho..get ready to pay. Beware of the local well known SBC guy tho farm out the build to a person that knows these engines

Dan is who I would take my motor to but there's a significant lead time on getting him to work on it.
