Record to DVD from Media Center

Is it possible to record from Windows XP Media Center to DVD? I have some shows that I would like to keep on DVD instead of on the harddrive. What is the location that Media Center records the shows to?

I use Nero to burn shows to DVD. The shows are recorded to your shared documents folder in aa sub folder called recorded tv. If the show is more than 1 hour long, you can either use more than 1 dvd, or reduce the quality to fit on 1 dvd. All of this is quite simple using Nero.
