BuickBob,
As far as the top and side painted surfaces and the rubber bumpers are concerned.They are in good shape.
The bottom or under side of the painted surface of the bumperettes ( normally not noticed when installed on car) does have the paint scraped off.
These bumpers are not show quality as is. But are in good general condition.And when installed on a car, most imperfections are not noticed, unless you are looking up from under the car.
