Rear Brake Line rubbing on frame

Anyone else ever encounter this before? In the process of replacing rear brake shoes (original) and noticed the line is damaged in one spot. I have new variable rate rear coil springs that I will be installing in the next few weeks. Could this be caused by the worn out original coil springs or do I need to re-position this line somehow? Thanks

I'd reposition it anyway once the new coils are installed.
