Radiator/Intercooler shroud?

I'm switching from a stock IC to a frontmount powerstroke.

If I shrouded the two together (built a box with the IC being the inlet, and radiator being the outlet) would the air coming off the IC be too hot for the radiator?

There's 2 elec. pull fans on a shroud, so moving air isn't a problem - just worried about temps.

I figure the powerstroke IC is big enough, but I thought I'd ask someone who's already done it.

I think it would be a plus....

...I don't believe the I/C would cause coolant temps to go up, and the shrouding should cause more air to be pulled through the I/C. But on the other hand, I'm not sure any difference (improvement) would be worth all the trouble.
