I'm going with a ls1 and 4l60 swap in my 86 regal is there any mods I should be looking to make are will it bolt straight in

I think it all attaches with Velcro and it should be plug n play.

Why not just go with an LC2 and be miserable with the rest of us trying to keep it tuned or running?

Basically if you just get the engine and tranny mounts, PCM and pre-wired harness it is pretty straight forward.

The only stuff I had to make were power steering lines (I keep the retro fitted hydro boost system), A/C lines and shortened driveshaft.

Of course for mine it was custom hot and cold side as well since a turbo but for you there should be headers made to clear (stock manifolds do NOT clear the brake box on the driver side, at lease not for me, had to cut the flange, pie cut the manifold and the v band it).
