Question On Wastegate silonoid Vaccumm Line

Thanks for taking the time to view.
I was wondering if anyone knows where i can get a diagram on all the vaccum lines(how they are all routed ect...)? On my buick I have a vaccumm line that leaves the wastegate solanoid an T's off to the turbo and the wastegate. When I take this hose off it is not producing any vaccuum. The reason I checked for this is that my car breaks up at higher RPM's, it falss on its face with the car making a popping noise. Sorry for the long thread but I wanted to explain it the best I can. Anyone have any ideas??? Again thanks for your time.

That hose is connected to the turbo discharge, so you won't measure any vacuum there! There are diagrams for most things, including the wastegate hoses, at :Vortex- Steve Wood's turbo Buick site
Be sure to get the "y" orientied right- there is a restriction in one leg, and it won't work right if it's not connected right.
