Pump lock up modification

I am getting ready to put a lock up torque converter into a transmission that has been changed to a non lock up. I had to take the pump apart to get the old valve out and noticed the pump orfice has been drilled and tapped with a set screw. Will there be a issue with the orfice drilled out? I have another pump half to use but would rather not if its not a problem to use it like that. Thanks for the help!

Sounds like an Art Carr Non-Lock Kit was used .

Thanks for the help SSedan64. I looked things over some more and took a shorter set screw and drilled the hole in that. Now it can use either converter in it by switching the valve and set screw.
