Proper Mounting Location of Clip on TV Cable?

Hello,

In the middle of a rebuild here. There's a small clip on the TV cable in the engine compartment that I don't recall where it goes. Where does it attach? On the rear of the drivers side cyl head? On a rear manifold bolt?

It may be the one that holds it to the transmission dipstick tube. Is it C-shaped with a little hook on one side?

I believe the clip you are speaking goes on the transmission bolt directly across from the bolt that holds transmission dip stick , or the highest transmission bolt on the drivers side
