Price Estimate to fix THDP and Cutout?

I received a THDP and Cutout via ups today and the box was open. The end of the downpipe is out of round and has two indentations. The end of the cutout is similarly damaged. They will not mate. I am thinking of making a claim with UPS and wanted to know an estimate to fix before I take it to a local exhaust shop.

Probably less then $10 and less then 2min work,I had bought an ATR exhaust and all the pipes were tight and the guy at the exhasut place re-opened them all in under a minute ,for free,,,,thru him a $20 anyhow for the hours of work he saved me...

Thanks! It looks like I can bang them around a bit, but I don't want to cause more problems.
