Just wondering how hard this is--is this just a drop-in conversion or is there more to it like it would be converting any other car? I imagine you would want to swap over the gas tank, the wiring harness/ECM, and maybe the rear end. Anything else I am missing or is this really as easy as it sounds? Do the motor mounts, tranny mounts, and everything else just drop and bolt in? Anything else to consider?

if the car has a 3 speed auto tranny then you would need a different crossmember and make sure the frame has the other set of holes further back for the 4speed auto crossmember. you would need the 3.8 buick frame and motor mounts, unless its already a 3.8. also would need to remember the fuel pump relay and also the VSS (speed sensor) behind the gauge cluster wired into the ecm harness.
