Powerlogger install help

Hi,
Have windows 7, had the yellow triangle and did the manual driver update, says device is working but when I start it up it show not connected in the lower box.
Had direct scan before hooked up and was working fine but can't get this to work. Would appreciate any help.

This helped me too. I was about ready to tear everything apart until I seen this post...F8 saved me a bunch of trouble.
