there are 6 cables coming from the main motor with square keys on the ends.They are keyed into six different gear boxes on the track for all the various functions.Now either the key broke ,slipped out of its gear box or the gears inside are stripped.Pull the seat out flip it over ,hook a battery to your switch and you will see how it works.Had mine apart two weeks ago,be carefull if you have to take the tracks apart they are spring loaded ,a bit of a pain.I also had a seat that slanted inward that always bugged me.Found out it can be adjusted,but had to remove the tracks and springs. let me know how you make out .
