Is the Green lite on the powerlogger on all the time or blink when scaning data?

Will the powerlogger work with Win 2000 pro?

it blinks during communication.

I use Win2000 with it. It works well.

tks Bob the computer might have some problem it keeps locking up and will not show any data. the computer meets all requirements that the powerlogger needs
