Power antenna question and problem

Hi guys and gals my car has a power antenna works fine goes up and down but the problem is i put the key on the antenna comes up evan if radio is off then when i shut off the key antenna goes back down!! Any input what can be causing this a faulty relay maybe???

someone wired the pink wire for the antenna relay to a switched ignition source instead of the pant (pant =power antenna as its stamped on oe radio case) control wire at the radio
this could have happened if you have an aftermarket radio, on an aftermarket radio the pant wire is blue and someone may have grabbed the pink pant relay wire and wired it to switched ignition power source by mistake

Its the stock radio does anyone have a wiring diagram for that??

And could it be a stuck relay in the open position??
