Pot Stock anyone?

well I am 54 and have been smoking pop (thats what my dad called it ) rip. anyway since I was 9 years olds yea I know but was introduced to both cigs a pot .so made the choice not to smoke sigs only pot did graduate went to college but dropped out .came to Florida and started working for a good company called and worked there for almost 30 years so if someone is lazy to begin with and has no motivation in life to I don' think is the pot that makes them do that .that' just my opinion and my experience. thanks for reading. happy new year.

I can tell by your punctuation that you have taken a liking to pot just a little too much. I compare it to alcohol and guns. They are all here to stay, like it or not.
 
Many state, local, county law enforcement operations have a good way to put you pot smokers in jail....get stupid, stopped, and stink like pot. It may not be illegal to smoke it, but yur ass goes to jail, for driving under the influence. Just like booze. it's legal to drink it, just not to drink/drive.
Watch just 1 episode of Live PD, and the Richmond county, SC police, to see how that works.

In the case of Kalifornia.....As long as morons like "Moonbeam" Brown, and company, run it, it. He and his ilk, will destroy it, before the San Andreas fault puts it in the ocean. Same w/ the other west coast states.

My big issue is how is its use going to be regulated on public property or even private property with public access like shopping malls and such? For example i go to a restaurant and you 3 smokers standing as close as possible to the fucking entrance/exit doors. and the same at malls. I don't smoke but now i walk past these fuckers but instead of cigs now its pot and i get in my car and drive away, get pulled over for whatever (not saying the quick second contact got me high) but now i have small traces of the garbage in my system. now i am fucked. imagine running into this pos
and coming back with positive results because of secondhand contact ? Now what??????

That video is something else. I am 100% a supporter of law enforcement but to suggest that a human Officer is consistently more accurate than a lab test is crazy. Also there are drug test that give instant results. You pee in a cup and dip a test strip in it and bam, you get results. Of course the test should be done in a medical facility and not the PD HQ just to keep it honest. The problem is there is no road side test that can be used so either way it would mean a detention of a possible innocent person.

I believe that each of these people should be entitled to damages and I hope they are seeking them.
 
NH is inching it's way closer to decriminalizeing pot. Just like gambling.

Just read in the news today that Vermont will be the first state legislature to legalize rec use of marijuana without a ballot being cast by the general public. It was a bill introduced by the state govt that will be voted into law by the state gov.
