Porting a PTE. 3- bolt turbine housing?

I have a bad habit of "smoothing out" the insides of all the turbo housings (compressors and turbines) I've owned. Just knocked all the casting bumps/ridges down and polished as far up as possible into the housings. Radiused and polished around the wastegate hole, and enlarged if necessary. As for gains... who knows? Falls into the "can't hurt" category, as far as I'm concerned!
