Plenum stuck?

How does one remove the plenum from the intake manifold? Are there more than the four bolts holding it on? After removing the TV lines and vacuum block and the four bolts, I tried tapping on the plenum with a mallet and piece of wood. It is stuck pretty good. Is there something else that needs to be removed, or do I just whack it some more?

Did you get the one at the very back/center of the upper plenum (fifth bolt)?
