PCV inline check valve

Does the end with the hole in it go toward the pcv or opposite? Just wondering if I've been running it correct all these years.

If it's the one Kirban sells, then the side with the shorter hose goes to the PCV and the longer hose goes to the vacuum line.

As a check, try sucking the air (i.e., creating vacuum) from the longer hose like you would a straw and you should feel the check valve open and air pass through into your mouth (I find that easier than blowing into the shorter side to try and open the valve ).

Thanks Tom and yeah, it's the Kirban piece. I think I bought out his whole catlogue a few years back Just put in a new pcv today and I think I have it right. Don't really want anyone to see me out there sucking on my car though
