The following parts were just replaced:
Radiator
Oil Cooler Hoses
Belts and hoses
Water pump
Power Master Brakes (Reman)
Front Brake Calipers
Coil Pack
Plugs and Wires
Fuel Filter
Transmission fluid/filter change
Oil change
The brakes were bled
Rear differential fluid changed
160d Thermostat
Water heater valve
Valve Cover gaskets
The problem is, before these parts were replaced the vehicle ran fine except for the brakes. Now the brakes are fine, though at start up, the vehicle has white smoke from the exhaust and the vehicle is a little rough at start up. The vehicle also feels like it does not have power in the higher gears and when I accelerate fast, the check engine light comes (reads as follows, 3 blinks, pause 1 blink). If I don't accelerate fast, the check engine light does not come on.
Could someone please help, body work is about to be done and I want to have the vehicle running smooth before the body work gets done.
