overboosting

For a while now, I have been getting 13# in 1st and 2nd, and 16# in 3rd and 4th....I didnt used to...got same in all gears. I have a red's 93 chip, as you see below. Also, I jsut switched to a TA51 and I have seen, at least some of the time, it will go up to 14# then seddle at 13#...is this because I am using the same adjustable actuator as on the 49 and I need a heavy duty actuator? or is there some other possibility?

No, do not switch to HD adjustable wastegate. There for higher boost levels in the 20# plus range.

Unless your getting alot knock, I wouldn't worry about it.

It may be that you need to open up the port in the elbow, if you haven't done that already. Maybe, with the bigger turbo, you are getting more exhaust flow than the bypass will allow, at least in the higher gears where the engine has more load.

I think Ormand means the wastegate (hole) in the turbine cover...

It was doing the 16# in 3rd and 4th when I still had my ported 49.
